MESSAGE FROM THE EDITOR
Last Updated: July 15, 2006

It is with great regret that I announce that fanzine Crazed Imaginations, at least in its current format, will be closing down. Effective July 19, 2004, we are no longer accepting new subscriptions.

As you may know, Crazed has put out more than 100 issues: our final issue will be #106. Bill Brennan, our founding Editor, ran Crazed for its first two and a half years, starting in 1995. I've been with Crazed since 1998, serving as Editor with a 1-year-hiatus.

It's been a fantastic run, and I've loved the majority of it. I've been so proud of the wonderful things the Crazed staff and the fan community have done together. I've worked with wonderful people, some of whom I've never met in person. I hate to spoil the party, but I want to end on a high note instead of hanging on indefinitely until the magazine fades away (which, as it happens, we are doing anyway waiting for #106).

APOLOGIES

I'm very sorry it's come to this. A paper fanzine is a dinosaur, and we've been doing a lot of work for a very limited, for a very specialized audience. That said, we've been a damn good dinosaur, and I'm proud we've hung around this long.

Since I made the initial announcement, a couple of other people have said they'd like to start paper fanzines. We wish you the best and will do what we can to help.

Thank you.
